Identified

We have identified an issue with our service provider, DigitalOcean, affecting their servers. Customers may experience failures when creating new servers and performing Disaster Recovery operations.

The issue is limited to DigitalOcean servers. Their team is working to fix the issue and we will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
