We are currently receiving multiple reports from customers who are unable to add mailboxes or log in to their Rackspace mailboxes.

The issue has already been identified by the Rackspace team, and they are actively working toward a resolution. We will update our status page with further information as soon as we receive additional updates from Rackspace.
